Sometimes raters feel that they cannot rate a respondent's strengths as they perhaps have not worked with the respondent enough or for various other reasons.

If you are a rater and you do not feel you can provide feedback, please contact the respondent so they are aware of your decision. Once you have done this, please contact us via the widget in the bottom right hand corner to have you removed from the system.
