I cannot access the link within the email, how can I give feedback?

If you are trying to provide feedback for an individual but the link is not working there could be a few reasons why.

  1. The date has expired for feedback.

    It is possible that there is an expiry date and the feedback has now been closed. If you would like an extension on this, please contact the Customer Experience team via the orange widget located on the bottom right side of the page.

  2. You have been removed as a rater for the individual.

    This happens if an individual has requested for you to be removed. It may be that you have been on annual leave and they need more feedback as soon as possible.

  3. Your firewall is blocking the link from opening.
    If this is the case, please contact your IT department to allow the link to be accessed for you to complete the feedback
