When providing feedback, mistakes can happen. Unfortunately, you are not able to click back to change your answer but you can contact us to have your feedback reset.

If you would like your feedback reset, please contact us via the widget in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.

Please note when we reset feedback, all your previous answers for that respondent will be permanently deleted from the system.

Once your feedback has been reset we will notify you and you will receive a new link from [email protected].
