360 vs Leader Feedback

Both assessments S360 and SLeader both consist of feedback from a respondents raters.

Strengthscope360: A 360 report is based around a respondent's significant 7 strengths. Their raters rate how they have seen these strengths used and how effective these strengths are. Up to 15 raters can be nominated for this report.

StrengthscopeLeader: A Leader report includes the rating of a respondent's 7 significant strengths and how effective they are however, this also includes leadership habits. This is also rated by a respondent's raters. Up to 20 raters can be nominated for this report.

Sometimes respondents nominate the same raters for both types of assessments.

There are a few things to be mindful of when nominating raters for both.

  1. The S360 rater questions will also be the first 16 rater questions for SLeader. It may be good to notify your raters of this so they do not think they are repeating their answers.

  2. S360 rater questions are solely based on a respondent's significant 7 strengths

  3. SLeader rater questions are based around your significant 7 strengths plus leadership habits

  4. S360 and SLeader are two different reports.

Client Admins (system administrator) suggestion - We advise that when a S360 and SLeader assessment is to be completed this should not be completed in one go. We suggest allowing 3 months after a S360 has been completed before a SLeader is then completed.
