I didn't get an email with my login details

How to access your assessment if you didn’t get the invitation email with your password.

If you have been set up to complete your Strengthscope® assessment, you should receive an invitation email with the subject line: Your new StrengthsPortal account! from [email protected].

If you can not find this email in your inbox, try the following troubleshooting tips to help you sign in to access your assessment:

  1. Check your junk or spam folder: Sometimes, emails can end up in these folders.

  2. Reset your password: You can reset your password here: Forgotten Password (strengthscope.com)

If it appears that your email address does not exist on the system, please contact your internal Strengthscope administrator or practitioner. They can check the details entered into the system for errors or inform you if you need to self-register.
