If you need support with using any of our Strengthscope platforms, or if you have an issue that needs resolving, please get in touch with us in either of the following ways:

FAQs and training articles

  • For immediate support, search or browse our help centre for answers to common questions or guidance on how to use our Strengthscope platforms. You can also access this by clicking on the icon found at the bottom right corner.

Message

  • Search for the answer to your question or send your query/ message by clicking on the icon in the bottom right corner. We will respond to your query through the widget and via email and aim to respond within 15 minutes during working hours.

    We aim to answer your call within 1 minute.

Our operating hours

We're available from 9:00 am until 5:30 pm Monday to Friday GMT (excluding UK bank holidays and the days between Christmas and New year*)

*To allow the whole team to come together for group development and reflection, we may divert our inbound calls to voicemail. During this time, we will put up an announcement on our platforms.
