What is Strengthscope doing about neurodiversity when it comes to the assessment process?

The Strengthscope research and development team are aware of the importance of neurodiversity in the way that psychometrics are developed to ensure that as far as possible, no one is impacted negatively/unfairly as a result of a specific neurodivergence. The team is committed to continuing our research programme in this important area.

What advice do you have for neurodivergent people completing Strengthscope?

Our advice is to complete the questionnaire as your authentic self. Once complete, consider your Strengthscope results alongside the knowledge you have of your neurodivergence. Weigh up how your Strengthscope results and your neurodivergence may interact as regards how your strengths show up in the workplace.

The most important thing from our point of view is that you recognise yourself in your Strengthscope profile and that you find inspiration in the report to use your strengths more and to develop them further. How this will work is unique to each individual and we remain available to provide any further support or answer any further specific questions that you may have once you receive your results.
