You will need to have been invited to complete StrengthscopeLeader™.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you through the process:
Log in to StrengthsPortal™: Sign in to your StrengthsPortal™ account using your email and password.
Complete the Strengthscope® assessment: If you haven’t completed a Strengthscope® assessment, before starting StrengthscopeLeader™, you need to complete the standard Strengthscope® assessment. This provides a baseline of your strengths.
Complete the StrengthscopeLeader™ assessment: Fill out the self-assessment portion of StrengthscopeLeader™.
Select your raters: Choose up to 20 colleagues who will provide feedback on your strengths. These should be people who know you well and can give constructive feedback.
Send invitations: Send out invitations to your selected raters through the StrengthsPortal™. They will receive an email from [email protected] with instructions on how to complete the feedback.
