A glossary of the terms used at Strengthscope®.

  • Activity reminder: A reminder sent to respondents to complete their assessment

  • Archive project: Project is no longer active as this is an old project

  • Bulk upload: Uploading respondents in groups

  • Client admin: The individual/s that are managing the project at your organisation

  • Client name: The name of the account you are working from

  • Code: Codes generated by the Strengthscope® system and can be found under most tabs

  • Dashboard: Where you can check what reports are available on your account

  • Discount code: The code you enter when purchasing reports via the Shop tab

  • Inactive: Accounts, projects and respondents can be marked as inactive meaning no longer in use (can no longer be used)

  • Project: The project respondents are assigned to

  • Project code: The code that is generated by the Strengthscope® system (not the project ID)

  • Project ID: The code that the client admin creates to identify the project created. This needs to contain a capital letter, number and special character to make it more specific to their account

  • Project name: The name of the project

  • Project sections: The different modules of Strengthscope® i.e Strengthscope360™, StrengthscopeLeader™

  • Raters: The individuals a respondent nominates to provide feedback i.e. 360 raters & leader raters

  • Report type: The type of report you require i.e Strengthscope®, Strengthscope360™, StrengthscopeLeader™, StrengthscopeTeam™

  • Respondent: The individual completing the Strengthscope® assessment

  • Support email address: The client admin’s email

  • Team name: Name of the team report created
