StrengthscopeLeader™ is a tool that helps you get feedback from different people who work with you, such as your manager, colleagues, and/or direct reports.
You can invite up to 20 people to complete feedback on your strengths and leadership. You need at least 2 people to complete the feedback before you can see your report.
Make sure to click on 'Send Nominations' after you have added your raters and follow the steps until you see the confirmation page. This will make sure your nominated raters are saved and your assessment is submitted as complete.
Rater anonymity
Responses from raters who you list as your peers or direct reports will be completely anonymous, as they will be combined with responses from others in these rater groups. However for raters you list as line manager/supervisor or superior, responses may not be anonymous.
