The team at your organisation or the practitioner who invited you to complete the StrengthscopeTeam™ report would normally provide you with the report either via email or within any sessions organised to discuss this report as a team. If you are unsure, please reach out to the individual who invited you to complete this report or the individual at your organization who coordinates Strengthscope® reports.
Once you receive the report you can then share with with your manager if you wish and if they are not already included within the report.
