There needs to be a minimum of 4 raters and a maximum of 15 raters for a Strengthscope360™ report to be produced.
As best practice you should contact the raters in advance and ask that they take part, confirming that they will receive an email from [email protected]

Dear Colleague,
As part of my ongoing personal development, I am focusing on how to optimise my strengths. This will allow me to continuously grow, develop and improve my performance. Please could I ask you to complete the 360-feedback survey which you will receive from [email protected] via email within the next 48 hours.
The 360 feedback questions will relate to my significant 7 strengths, identified when I completed my Strengthscope® individual assessment. It should take you no longer than 10 minutes to complete. Your responses will be anonymous and will give me valuable insight into how I demonstrate my significant 7 strengths and how effective I am at using them.
Please complete the survey within 4 days of receiving the request. You may need to check your spam/junk folders if you have not received the email request within 48 hours of this email.
