How to manage raters on StrengthsPortal™

Maximum number of raters

  • You can add a total of 15 raters for a Strengthscope360™ report.

  • You can add a total of 20 raters for a StrengthscopeLeader™ report.

What is the Manage Raters button?

The Manage Raters button appears on the home page after you have nominated your raters. This button allows you to add more raters to provide feedback for you if the rater deadline has not passed and if you have not already nominated the maximum number of raters.

Adding more raters via the StrengthsPortal

If you have not received a copy of your report yet and it has been less than 30 days since completing your assessment, you will be able to add more raters via your StrengthsPortal™:

  1. Sign in to StrengthsPortal

  2. Click on the Manage Raters button found on your assessment tile on the top left of your homepage (if this is not available, please message via by clicking on the orange button on the bottom right of the screen and we can add the raters for you)

  3. On the next page click Add more raters

  4. Click  Next

  5. Add your rater details

  6. Click  Send nominations (Please note: emails will only be sent to newly added raters only.)

Request to add additional raters

If 30 days have passed and you would like to add additional raters, you will need to request for the team to add this for you on your behalf. Please send us a message by clicking on the widget on the bottom right of your screen.
