You will need to have been invited to complete Strengthscope360™ by your organization.

Completing the Strengthscope360™ assessment is a great way to gain insights into how others perceive your strengths and how effectively you use them in the workplace. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you through the process:

  1. Log in to StrengthsPortal™: Sign in to your StrengthsPortal account using your email and password.

  2. Complete the Strengthscope® assessment: If you haven’t completed a Strengthscope® assessment, before starting Strengthscope360™, you need to complete the standard Strengthscope® assessment. This provides a baseline of your strengths.

  3. Complete the Strengthscope360™ assessment: Fill out the self-assessment portion of Strengthscope360™. This involves rating your own strengths and how you use them.

  4. Select your raters: Choose up to 15 colleagues who will provide feedback on your strengths. These should be people who know you well and can give constructive feedback.

  5. Send invitations: Send out invitations to your selected raters through the StrengthsPortal. They will receive an email from [email protected] with instructions on how to complete the feedback.

  6. Wait for rater feedback: Allow your raters some time to complete their feedback. This usually takes a few days, depending on their schedules.

  7. Review your report: Once all feedback is collected, you’ll receive a Strengthscope360™ report. This report includes both qualitative and quantitative data on how others see your strengths and how effectively you use them.

  8. Plan your development: Use the insights from your report to create a development plan. Focus on leveraging your strengths more effectively and addressing any areas for improvement.

Tips for a Successful Strengthscope360™:

  • Choose diverse raters: Select a mix of colleagues from different roles and levels to get a well-rounded view of your strengths.

  • Communicate clearly: Let your raters know why you’re asking for their feedback and how it will help you.

  • Follow up: If you haven’t received all the feedback, follow up with your raters to ensure they complete their part.

Completing Strengthscope360™ is a valuable step towards understanding and maximizing your strengths.
