Why am I being asked questions before my assessment?
Before and after your Strengthscope® assessment, and again three months later, you’ll be asked to complete the ‘Strengthscope® Impact Data’ surveys if your organization has enabled this. These surveys help evaluate your awareness and application of your unique strengths.
When will I see the survey?
You’ll be prompted to complete the survey at three key times:
Before you start the Strengthscope® assessment.
Immediately after you finish the assessment.
Three months after completing your assessment.
The importance of your responses
Your responses are important. They help your Strengthscope facilitator measure the impact of the Strengthscope® program, specifically improvements in engagement, performance, and team collaboration.
Can I opt out?
If your organization has opted into the 'Strengthscope® Impact Data’ surveys, you cannot opt out individually. You must complete the first survey to access your Strengthscope® assessment and the second survey to download your report from the StrengthsPortal™.

We collect anonymous demographic information to produce statistics for psychometric norms and validity data, used for research purposes only. These questions include:
