If Strengthscope emails from the platform are not received, please follow the below troubleshooting steps.
Advise the recipient to check their junk inbox as emails can land there if the email address is not recognised or the email is automated.
Alternatively, the recipient will need to check with their IT department at their organisation as their firewall could be blocking the email. The organisation will then need to “whitelist” [email protected] for the email to come through to their inbox.
