If you have been assigned a StrengthscopeLeader™ report, you will be asked to nominate colleagues to provide feedback.
For the ‘Your leadership effectiveness’ section, you are first asked to complete a self-assessment and then asked to nominate raters to provide feedback.
For a StrengthscopeLeader™ report, you can nominate up to 20 raters.
To nominate raters, you will need to enter their first and last name, email address and rater type into the system.
Once you have clicked on the 'send nominations' button, an email will be triggered to all your new raters with a link to provide feedback. There's no need for them to sign in. The email will appear from [email protected].
The feedback will take your raters around 10 minutes to complete.
Rater anonymity
Responses from raters who you list as your peers or direct reports will be completely anonymous, as they will be combined with responses from others in these rater groups. However for raters you list as line manager/supervisor or superior, responses may not be anonymous.
