Please first ask the rater to check their Junk/Spam in case the email has been directed there. Also, suggest that they search for emails from [email protected] and then if they still cannot locate the request and link send us a message by clicking on the widget on the bottom right of your screen.
One of my raters has told me that they have not received a request for feedback? Why is that?
