How to access your StrengthsPortal™ account.

For new users

To get a StrengthsPortal™ account, you need an invitation from an accredited Strengthscope® individual or organization. You will either receive an invitation email with login details or a Project ID code to register.

  1. Email Invitation: You’ll receive an email from [email protected] with your login details.

  2. Project ID: If you have been given a Project ID, go to the registration page, fill out the form, and enter the Project ID.

Finding your login details

  • Check your inbox for an email titled “Your new StrengthsPortal account!” from [email protected].

  • If you can’t find it, check your junk/spam folder, reset your password here, or contact your internal Strengthscope administrator. Sometimes emails can be blocked by a firewall so make sure to add [email protected] to your safe senders list.

For existing users

Use your email and the password provided in your initial setup email. If you forget your password, you can reset it using the ‘Forgotten password’ button.

Troubleshooting

Email already in use when registering

You likely already have an account. Sign in or reset your password.

Already have an account and a new Project ID

Log in, click ‘add new assessment,’ and enter your Project ID. If it doesn’t work, contact your organization’s Strengthscope® team for help.

If you still have issues, use the support widget on the bottom right of the page.

Note that Strengthscope® does not have access to your passwords for GDPR reasons.
