StrengthscopeMaster™ Accreditation
A StrengthscopeMaster™ accreditation is not one specific accreditation but rather a combination of all 3 of the core Strengthscope® package. This package consists of Strengthscope®, StrengthscopeTeam™ and StrengthscopeLeader™ Accreditations. Once successfully completed all 3, then you will achieve your StrengthscopeMaster™ practitioner status.
Strengthscope® Accreditation
This is the foundation accreditation session and the first of the 3 that you will have to complete before being eligible to complete the further two, A two-day in-depth training to build your understanding of strengths and get you comfortable debriefing a person on their Strengthscope report. Available in virtual and face-to-face. Includes access to our unique 360 feedback and strengths engagement tools.
StrengthscopeTeam™ Accreditation
The StrengthscopeTeam™ accreditation is a one-day course setting you up for success to help your teams thrive. Identifying where your teams have clear strengths and what the potential risks might be to deliver greater success.
StrengthscopeLeader™ Accreditation
In this one-day course you will learn all about the report, the focus on strengths and leadership behaviours (habits), along with 360 feedback. You will also learn how to give a debrief to help leaders be the best they can be.
