During your accreditation we explore various models such as the 3 D’s for reducing performance risks, the 3 E’s for developing your strengths and the zone of peak performance:

3 Ds Model for Reducing Performance Risks

  1. Dial-up or dial down the volume of your strengths.

  2. Draw on people whose strengths are different from yours.

  3. Develop and practice new skills and habits.

3 Es Model for Developing Your Strengths

  1. Experience new learning on and off the job.

  2. Engage others to support and coach you.

  3. Educate yourself to develop your knowledge and skills.

Zone of Peak Performance

The Zone of Peak Performance is where areas of competence (skills, knowledge, and abilities) overlap with strengths (areas that energize us). It is in this area that we are most likely to achieve peak performance.
