If you have been assigned a Strengthscope360™ report, you will be asked to nominate colleagues to provide feedback.
For the ‘Inviting rater feedback’ section, you are first asked to rate how effectively you demonstrate each of your strengths at work and then asked to nominate raters to provide feedback.
For a Strengthscope360™ report, you can nominate up to 15 raters.
To nominate raters, you will need to enter their first and last name, email address and rater type into the system.
Once you have clicked on the 'send nominations' button, an email will be triggered to all your new raters with a link to provide feedback. There's no need for them to sign in. The email will appear from [email protected].
The feedback will take your raters around 5 minutes to complete.
How should I choose my Strengthscope360™ raters?
We recommend you make use of the various rater categories available (Line manager/supervisor; Superior; Direct report; Other) to ensure you have a holistic, well representative view of what the entire organisation around you is saying. Try not to create an echo chamber by asking for feedback from only the same level; you should broaden out your nominees so that you can canvas a broader range of opinions and perspectives.
