Changing your password
Sign in: Log into your StrengthsPortal™ account.
Access My Details: Click your name at the top right of the page and select ‘My Details’.
Update password: Scroll to the ‘New Password’ box, enter your new password, and confirm it in the ‘Confirm New Password’ box.
Save changes: Click ‘Save’.
If you’ve forgotten your password and can’t log in, reset it using the ‘forgotten password’ option.
Updating your details
Your StrengthsPortal™ username is your email address. To access previous reports, sign in with the email you used for your assessment. If you need to change your email due to a job change or other reasons, follow these steps:
Sign in: Log in with your existing email and password.
Access My Details: Click your name at the top right of the page and select ‘My Details’.
Update Information: Here, you can change your email address, full name, and password.
Once updated, use your new email and password to sign in.

Can’t access email: If you can’t access your email due to changing employers, chat with us via the orange button at the bottom right of the page for assistance.
